Delivery

Domestic and international orders are usually shipped within 24h unless otherwise stated in the description, especially in case of the unique pieces requiring resizing or adjustments. Each shipment is tracked and insured, where the tracking number of the parcel is provided to the Client via e-mail, the moment the package departures. Elfjoy parcels are shipped out from Tuesday to Friday. Custom made jewelry has an extended lead time and may take up to 21 business days from the moment of booking the payment on the bank account. Delivery time of products available on the website may vary depending on the destination. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days from the moment of shipping the parcel.

Detailed shipping conditions for standard orders are presented in the table below. In case your country is not listed in the table below, feel free to contact us for a custom shipping cost.

Shipment is free for orders above 200 EUR for European parcels and 500 PLN for domestic. If you need your elfjoy jewelry delivered fast, please contact us and we will do our best to make sure it reaches you on time.

Each time you order a piece of jewelry from elfjoy, we pour our hearts into soulful wrapping, scenting and pampering your delivery, making it each time a unique experience. Therefore, your parcel will contain either a lavender-chamomile tea, scented candle or sweet surprise, so that each time you can take a momentum out of the daily routine to contemplate the wonders and slow the fast pace of life.

Returns

When purchasing elfjoy jewelry and gift certificates through the website, the purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the goods.

In order to return the purchase, the following requirements must be met:

• The returned jewelry must be unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
• Please attach the proof of sale (receipt or invoice) in the return package along with a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
• Custom made, re-sized, engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged nor refunded, this includes any changes to existing jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, rings.

The returned purchase may be returned directly to our boutique on Tamka 36, Warsaw, or sent to us via courier. The return shipping cost must be covered by the Client. Please note, that in case of returns from outside of the European Union, additional tax and custom duty payments will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 business days following the reception of the return parcel at elfjoy. The refund will be made the same way as the original payment method was made. Elfjoy reserves the right to deduct bank charges and commissions due to the return payment method. Prior to sending the return parcel, please contact us first at shop@elfjoy.com and fill in the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. Please attach the declaration to the return parcel.
