In case of any issues with the jewelry such as tears, rips and other, we offer a service of repairing the damage piece. We accept the jewelry personally in the boutique on Tamka 36, Warsaw or sent by a courier to the boutique. Prior to sending the parcel, please get in touch with us by phone: +48 792 793 729 or email: shop@elfjoy.com in order to get an estimated quote on the repair. We also kindly ask you, to fill in the repair form and attach it to the parcel. Repairs are done within 30 business days following the reception of the repair in the boutique.
The prices for the repairs are provided based on an individual analysis of the issue. The shipping cost from and to the Client must be covered by the Client. Please note, that in case of repairs from outside of the European Union, additional tax and custom duty payments will not be refunded. Please send the parcel by courier (FedEX, UPS, DPD, DHL) to:
